Connect

01.

My work always starts with connection. Firstly, the shared vision for a better world connects me and my clients, which leads to a natural rapport and human connection. Our work together will then emotionally connect you to the future vision of the organisation or specific result you want to create.

Context

02.

To get ‘there’, we must understand where ‘here’ is. I’ll get to know the key people in your organisation or team, understand how they work, define key metrics of success and understand the structures, processes, practices and challenges at play that will impact your goal. Through interviews, group workshops and surveys I can establish rapport with your teams and truly begin to understand the context in which your organisation operates.

Collaborate

03.

Collaboration starts at the very beginning of the process, from defining a list of key goals to presenting findings or challenges to address together. But it also flows through the whole process. Collaboration is at the heart of my approach and my success is measured by your success.

Explore

04.

There is always more than one way to do something. Lasting and successful change requires full knowledge of the options available. So, once we’ve defined your key goal and the key problem that may be blocking it, I’ll help you create a map of options to tackle that problem.

Experiment

05.

This is where the magic happens. Experimenting with new strategies, processes and ideas gives us an opportunity to learn as we go, implementing big changes even at scale. It will look different for every organisation, but is always the most exciting part. We’ll adapt tools and methods as we go, interact with teams at different levels and respond to challenges and opportunities as they come up.

Evaluate

06.

Is the change taking us closer to the desired outcome? What have we learnt about ourselves, others, our organisation or the desired results we’re after? Where previous parts often relied on intuitive methodologies, it’s time for pure analytics to take centrestage now. This is where I like to get both qualitative and quantitative feedback to measure the impact and output of the changes we’ve implemented together. We’ll define what’s going on in numbers to guide your organisation on what to do next.

Evolve

07.

Now it’s time to reflect back on how much we’ve grown as a result of the changes we’ve made. Our desired results and initial visions can change when we’re continuously tweaking and adapting, so the kind of things we choose to experiment with can change too. This step is to extract lessons from the feedback and celebrate every success along the way.
